I will start by sharing that many clients have come to me believing that it is impossible to change their beliefs. Or that their habits, behaviors and actions are too difficult to adapt to. The most common manifestations of this statement are:
Within each of us are stories about how successful we have been, how well we have overcome challenges, and how likely we are to overcome future challenges.
We can change these patterns by recognizing times when the facts didn’t line up with the story in our minds.
It may sound corny to you, but when we create a clearer picture of who we really are and who we want to be, we begin to align more closely with the actions our best self would take.

Try to imagine the best version of yourself in 5 years. And imagine what advice they would give you to transform your life and become like them in the future.
This is where you should investigate. Find a great book, mentor, coach, or advisor who has achieved your desired results and knows exactly what action you should take.
This is where you need to be very clear about what a great action would look like and understand why you should do it.
What Is Network Marketing And How Does It Work?: Types
For this step to be carried out successfully, you will need to be able to answer (positively) all of these questions:
Why do I want this result? What will success really mean to me? Do I have confidence in this strategy? Do the benefits outweigh the perceived costs? Am I genuinely, emotionally and logically motivated to achieve it?
